Okay. So i officially started the Ana Boot Camp diet today. I had a calorie intake limit of 500 and i made it to 465. Today will definitely be the easy day of the whole 50. Here's an overview of the diet for anyone that has never heard of it before:
Basically the diet is a jump around of calories to stop your body from going into starvation mode, for example you go from eating 800 calories one day, fasting the next and 250 calories the next day. Despite the controversial media around this diet i am going to give it a try and see how it goes. I will be blogging everyday of this diet to tell everyone how it goes and how much weight i lose (and sanity). I have tried many diets in the past but I have never found one that has really worked so here's to 50 days of strict dieting! Wish me luck!!!
